How can I submit stones by mail?

We recommend you send stones via a secured shipping service such as Ferrari ExpressMalca Amit, or Brinks.
These services allow you to ship goods into Thailand for testing without paying the usual 7% VAT on the goods, as long as the goods are shipped out again. We can ship them back to the original sender or to a third party (such as an auction house) as you prefer.

When preparing a shipment, we recommend you state "merchandise sent for gem identification only" on the memo.

For more details, contact your preferred shipping service directly.
