Sinkankas: Clearly written generalities on gems, colors and their appeal to mankind, uses in charms, symbolism of, personal adornments from, etc., while the second article similarly treats the mythology and symbolism of jade. The first article is illustrated by examples from various museums and collections but the jade photographs are mostly of small carved objects, primarily from the author’s private collection.
