Storey treats this as another recension, or possibly a similar independent work, of the Tansūq-nāmah-i Īl-khānī. The author is not normally named, although one manuscript inserts the name Niẓāmī. Its four sections cover 41–43 precious stones and other mineral substances; ten other precious products; eight perfumes; and ten or eleven fusible substances.
